The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. Sign-ups are stored by Supabase, our database provider.

When you sign up, you give us your first name, last name and email. We also note the language of the page, so we can write to you in your language.

This data is used only to let you know when Spotby launches. It is never sold or shared. The data controller is SpotBy.

We process it with your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

We keep it for at most 3 years after you sign up, then delete it.

Our technical providers, Vercel and Supabase, may process this data outside the European Union, under the safeguards set by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses).

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to hola@spotby.co. You can also contact the CNIL (France) or the AEPD (Spain).
